Elite Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener

The Work Sharp Precision Adjust Elite Knife Sharpener is an angle adjustable, seven abrasive grit knife sharpening system that delivers precision and repeatability. The Sharpening Angle adjusts from 15° to 30° in 1° increments to sharpen both outdoor and kitchen knives. Contains sharpener, two Tri-Brasive™ assemblies, leather strop, ceramic serration sharpener, stable base and premium carry case. The coarse Tri-Brasive assembly includes 220, 320 and 400 grit diamond plates. The fine Tri-Brasive assembly includes 600 and 800 grit diamond plates and a fine ceramic stone to hone to an incredibly keen edge. Leather strop refines and polishes. Innovative V Block Clamp™ design quickly, repeatably and safely secures the knife.
