Store Return Policy:

  • Non excluded items may be returned within ninety days of purchase.
  • No refunds will be given without proof of purchase. You must have your receipt and items must have original tags and packaging to receive a refund.
  • Refund will be reimbursed in the same way it was originally purchased.
  • If you do not have a receipt you may return an item for store credit, gift card or exchange.
  • Items must be new, unused and in original packaging. Clothing items must have tags still attached.
  • Items that are used, have noticeable wear, have been washed, or are without original packaging, may not be returned.
  • No returns or exchanges on guns, ammunition, or food items.
  • For the safety of our sales team there are no returns or exchanges on items with unknown substances on them. Including, but not limited to, animal hair.
  • Seasonal items and sales items, i.e. Parking Lot Sale, Toy Sale, Christmas etc., are sold as is. All sales are final and non-refundable

Exclusions:

No returns or exchanges on:

  • Firearms or ammunition
  • Food items
  • Seasonal or sale items (i.e. Parking Lot Sale, Toy Sale, Christmas Sale, etc.) All sales final.
  • For safety reasons, items with unknown substances or animal hair cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective Items:

  • Defective items will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty.
  • In most cases, we can offer a replacement or store credit.
  • Some items may need to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
  • Defective clothing must be washed before being returned.

Online Return Steps:

  • Submit a return request through our online returns portal.
  • Have available your reference number, the shipping zip code and the reason the product is coming back to us.
  • Print the label
  • Send it out
  • We'll refund your order and email you a receipt once your refund has been completed.

Online Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 30 days to begin the returns process. We do not offer returns or exchanges beyond 30 days after the order date.
  • If after an additional 30 days following the return authorization passes and the merchandise is yet to be dispatched, the return will become voidable and a restocking fee may be applied.
  • Merchandise must be in original, unused condition and in the original packaging; used items are not returnable.
  • Clothing, Boots and Shoes must not have been worn and must have all original tags still attached. Washed items and items showing obvious signs of wear cannot be returned.
  • Gift card sales are final, and non-refundable. Gift cards are redeemable in-store and online at SmithandEdwards.com.
  • Returned packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
  • Online orders can be returned in-store.
  • Orders designated for in-store pickup must be collected within 6 months of the order date. If an item remains unclaimed after repeated contact attempts, the order may be canceled without reimbursement once the 6-month period has passed.
