Returns are Straightforward at Smith & Edwards
If you're not satisfied with your order, here are the 3 easy steps to take. We want to make things right for you so that you're satisfied with your order!
Note: This is for online orders only. In-store purchases require the original receipt. Please call 801-731-1120 for more information.
Online Returns: 3 Easy Steps
- Submit a return request through our online returns portal. You will need your reference number, the shipping zip code, and the reason the product is coming back to us.
- Print off the return label and throw everything in a box. Please include the original invoice paperwork with your return to expedite the refund process.
- Slap the label on the box and send the package our way. It's that easy!
We'll refund your order and email you a receipt once your refund has been completed.
IMPORTANT: If your product was damaged in shipping, please send photos of the damage to email@example.com before submitting your return request. Include your Order # in the subject line and ensure the product(s) are shown in the original packaging. We will let you know if a return is still required or if you can toss the item(s).
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Contact us within 30 days to begin the returns process. We do not offer returns or exchanges beyond 30 days after the ship date.
- Merchandise must be in the original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Opened or used items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Clothing, Boots and Shoes must not have been worn and must have all original tags still attached. Washed items and items showing obvious signs of wear cannot be returned.
- The buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping costs are non-refundable if the product was shipped and received correctly.
- Gift card sales are final, and non-refundable. Gift cards are now redeemable in-store and at Smith and Edwards.
- Returned packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
- Online orders can be shipped back or returned in-store; in-store orders must be returned or exchanged in-store.
