You'll love our fast shipping - our shipping department strives to be the best in the West!
At Smith & Edwards we ship within the USA, to all 5 US Territories and to US Military Outposts. We offer affordable shipping rates via FedEx, UPS and USPS and flat rates for lighweight orders under 5 pounds. Shipping costs are calculated based on a packages size and weight as well as the shipping destination.
Due to the cost and customs fees for exporting of shipped goods we do not ship outside the US at this time.

Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes - but only if your package ships within Utah. We collect a 7.25% sales tax on Utah orders, including in-store pickups.
Q. Is there a handling fee?
Nope! However, on select products (such as western hats, fishing rods, fragile spices, and other bulky or delicate products) you may see a shipping surcharge applied at checkout. This helps us ensure your order's packed as carefully as possible so you receive it in perfect condition. And so we can offer the best shipping service for every order.
Q. Do you offer free shipping?
Of course! Orders over $75 can qualify year-round for free shipping. Orders must weigh under 15 lbs to qualify unless otherwise specified. We also offer additional free shipping promotions throughout the year during our store sales and the Holiday Season. Check back with us during those times for additional free-shipping discounts and promotions.
Q. What if part of my order is out-of-stock?
We're sorry if that happens! We will either call you or send you an email using the email address on your order to notify you if an item is out of stock. We'll do our best to offer an alternate item when possible. If there is no alternate available, then we'll credit you back the cost of the good(s) and adjust the shipping cost if applicable.
If you would like to receive an email notification when an item is back in stock, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or place the item on your Wishlist.
Q. What days do you ship?
Our outgoing mail is picked up Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed Friday after noon will go out on Monday.
Under normal circumstances, all orders go out within 1-2 business days. As stated before, we will contact you if there is a problem with shipping your order.
Please note: If you have not received any updates after 2 business days, feel free to give us a call or shoot us an email. Our team is happy to assist with your order Monday - Saturday.
Q. How do I return an item?

Q. Can I have firearms and ammunition shipped?
Due to the varied state, county and municipal laws throughout the U.S. we do not offer shipping on these items. All firearms and ammunition sales on SmithandEdwards.com are only available for in-store pickup and as such are subject to local and state legislation. Background checks and proof of ID are required and additional charges may apply on all gun sales. Proof of ID will be required on applicable ammunition.

Q. Do you offer a military discount online?
Unfortunately, no. Our military discount is available year-round in our physical stores, however it is limited to Veteran's Day for purchases made online. You can review the parameters of our military discount here.

You can choose great-priced Flat Rate shipping for packages under 5 pounds. We'll choose the best carrier for the flat rate shipping.

Smith and Edwards is teaming up with UPS and FedEx to offer the following shipping services: UPS and FedEx Ground shipping, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3-Day Select and FedEx 2 Day delivery.
In our effort to provide you with the best online experience, we offer you many shipping options including services by the USPS. Get your order sooner by selecting Priority Mail® or Priority Mail Express®.
By selecting Priority Mail® your order will be delivered between 1 to 3 days after it has been received by the post office. Most orders outside of Utah have 2 day delivery. Please click here to view the estimated delivery to your area by putting 84404 in the zip code.
Need it even faster? Priority Mail Express® may be the option for you. After it is received by the Post Office, it should be delivered to most U.S. locations within 1 day. And we'll make sure it gets to the Post Office, post-haste.
