Online Returns: 3 Easy Steps

  1. Submit a return request through our online returns portal.
    Have available your reference number, the shipping zip code and the reason the product is coming back to us.
  2. Print the label
  3. Send it out

We'll refund your order and email you a receipt once your refund has been completed.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 30 days to begin the returns process. We do not offer returns or exchanges beyond 30 days after the order date.
  • Merchandise must be in original, unused condition and in the original packaging; used items are not returnable
  • Clothing, Boots and Shoes must not have been worn and must have all original tags still attached. Washed items and items showing obvious signs of wear cannot be returned.
  • Gift card sales are final, and non-refundable. Gift cards are now redeemable in-store and online at SmithandEdwards.com.
  • Returned packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
  • Online orders can be returned in-store.
