Online Returns: 3 Easy Steps
- Submit a return request through our online returns portal.
Have available your reference number, the shipping zip code and the reason the product is coming back to us. - Print the label
- Send it out
We'll refund your order and email you a receipt once your refund has been completed.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Contact us within 30 days to begin the returns process. We do not offer returns or exchanges beyond 30 days after the order date.
- Merchandise must be in original, unused condition and in the original packaging; used items are not returnable
- Clothing, Boots and Shoes must not have been worn and must have all original tags still attached. Washed items and items showing obvious signs of wear cannot be returned.
- Gift card sales are final, and non-refundable. Gift cards are now redeemable in-store and online at SmithandEdwards.com.
- Returned packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
- Online orders can be returned in-store.
