You'll love cooking with this pre-seasoned Lodge square cast iron skillet, made in USA according to traditional camp and home cast iron cooking standards since 1896.
To care for your your seasoned Lodge Cast Iron pans, clean the pan with a brush and hot water (not in the dishwasher). Towel dry immediately. Apply a light coating of oil while the pan is still warm - enough to restore the sheen, without being sticky. This will protect your cast iron pan from moisture.
Tip: Store your Lodge cast iron pan in the oven between uses. Just remember to take out the pan before heating the oven.
