On their own, they're just a cast iron deep skillet and a cast iron griddle. But together, you can create your favorite Dutch Oven recipes due to the well-designed seal. Use at home on your stovetop range, in your oven, or out at the campsite - this is an excellent piece for your first cast iron pan or the best new addition to your collection. Excellent for chicken, game hens, pot roast, chili, and spaghetti - even Dutch Oven bread. Yum!
To care for your your seasoned Lodge Cast Iron, clean each pan with a brush and hot water (not in the dishwasher). Towel dry immediately. Apply a light coating of oil while the pan is still warm - enough to restore the sheen, without being sticky. This will protect your cast iron pan from moisture.
