This reversible griddle is 2 tools in one! Cook pancakes, onions, or cheese-smothered dishes on the flat griddle. Or, flip over and roast vegetables, steaks, burgers, and chicken on the raised grill. With consistent oiling you'll find this grill is as non-stick as a Teflon grill - without the chemicals. Fits on 2 standard stovetop burners: great for tailgating, camping, and home cooking.
To care for your your seasoned Lodge Cast Iron pans, clean the pan with a brush and hot water (not in the dishwasher). Towel dry immediately. Apply a light coating of oil while the pan is still warm - enough to restore the sheen, without being sticky. This will protect your cast iron pan from moisture.
Tip: Store your Lodge cast iron grill in the oven between uses. Just remember to take out the pan before heating the oven.
