Online Returns: 3 Easy Steps
- Call 1-801-731-1120 or email email@example.com and let us know what happened with your order. Please include your Order #, your name, and the email address you ordered with.
- Get approval to send back the package. We must be expecting your return or exchange package for you to receive a full and expedited refund. We'll tell you the address to return the package to.
- Send your package back, with "Attention: Web Store" written on the package above the address. We'll let you know as soon as we receive it!
For broken or damaged items that were hurt in transport, please send photos of the damage, in the original packaging, to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your Order # before doing anything else.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Contact us within 30 days of your order to begin the returns process. We do not offer returns or exchanges beyond 30 days after date of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in original packaging, in original, unused condition. Opened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Clothing and Shoes must not have been worn, and must have all original tags still attached.
- Buyer will pay for return shipping. We will refund original shipping if the fault was ours.
- Gift card sales are final, and non-refundable. Gift cards are only redeemable in-store at Smith and Edwards.
- Returned packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
- Online orders can be shipped back or returned in-store; in-store orders must be returned or exchanged in-store.
