Poor Quality Boot

I bought and wore this boot for about a month before it started to kill my foot. After a while of trying to wear these and it always hurting my feet I finally notice that there was a bump that appeared to look like the head of a nail protruding up through the padding in the center of the inside heal. I peaked back the padding and it was a Phillips head screw. I contacted the company and they told me that Smith and Edwards is not a official Partner of Sorel and that they can not warranty a product that was purchased from a 3rd party reseller. Such BS. I will never buy another Sorel Product due to them not backing their products.
